Yesterday saw the midfielder bag his second wonder goal of the season as Ayr roared back to beat Hamilton and maintain their 100 per cent start to the league campaign.Boss Brown believes Ayr have unearthed a gem in Rus and is backing the former Southampton youth prospect to prove he's no flash in the pan.The United gaffer hailed Rus for his 25-yard strike which drew Ayr level at 2-2 yesterday before they went on to edge a five goal thriller.
Brown said: "Marco's goal was a fantastic finish and he's always doing that in training - he wants to shoot all the time. He has great energy, fantastic feet and is already scoring big goals for us.
We want to make him as good as we possibly can."He's an exciting player and as fans you want to come and watch someone like him.
