Following a night of heavy rain, some parts of the UK have been hit with a flood alert warning. The Environment Agency has implemented three flood alert warnings for Lower Dove Brooks in Staffordshire, River Maun in Nottinghamshire, and River Plym and Tory Brook.
Meanwhile, Greater Manchester will see dry weather for most of the day with moderately high temperatures peaking at 24C for a large portion of the afternoon.
However, the evening will bring in a high chance of thunder accompanied by rainfall which will carry on into the early hours of Tuesday morning and will persist for most of the week.
