Manchester United winger Amad has made his comeback from injury in a match for the club's Under-23s. Until today (Saturday), Amad had not kicked a ball this season after suffering an ill-timed muscle injury in August that has seen him out of action for two months.
The injury was especially frustrating for the teenager's development as he was set to join Eredivisie side Feyenoord on loan towards the end of the summer transfer window but the setback scuppered those plans.
He finally returned to training earlier in October and has now been able to make his return to the pitch, as he started for Neil Wood's Under-23s side against Tottenham.
