Former Manchester United centre-back John O'Shea believes Paul Pogba's departure from Old Trafford is best for both parties, following confirmation of his exit on Wednesday.
United announced that the France international will leave the club when his contract expires on June 30. He returned to Old Trafford from Juventus in August 2016 but failed to live up to his £89million price tag.
He often blew hot and cold and he won just two trophies during his six-year stint at the club, both of which were won in his first season back in England.
He was more committed to playing for France than he was United over the last few years and an exit has been on the cards for a considerable amount of time.
