Manchester United to assess six injured players ahead of Man City fixture

Rashford and Martial did not participate in training sessions earlier this week and Martial has played only 45 minutes in two months due to hamstring and Achilles injuries.
The Frenchman has not participated in a full training session since August 25. Rashford suffered a muscular injury in the 3-1 win over Arsenal on September 4 and has not trained in three weeks. United manager Erik ten Hag is expected to provide updates on Rashford and Martial at his pre-match press conference on Friday afternoon.
Ten Hag would have an additional training session on Saturday to allow any players struggling with issues to prove their fitness.
