Fernandes and Dalot were hugely involved in Portugal's two Nations League wins over Croatia and Scotland. The duo were both on target, too, with Dalot also scoring an own goal against Croatia, after giving his nation the lead.
Just a few days later, Fernandes netted an equaliser after ex-United player Scott McTominay had given Scotland the lead with another ex-United star in Cristiano Ronaldo grabbing a winner.
