Manchester United have not decided on Alejandro Garnacho's potential involvement with Argentina in the upcoming Olympic games.
On Sunday night, a report in Argentina claiming United had blocked Garnacho from participating in the Olympics emerged but there has been confusion about that claim.
The Manchester Evening News understands United have made no final decision on Garnacho's involvement in the Olympics in Paris, which begins at the end of July.
Argentina will select an Under-23 football team to compete in the Paris Olympics and Garnacho would be a high-profile inclusion after an excellent season for United.
