Manchester United are one of several clubs 'showing an interest' in Mason Mount as the Chelsea midfielder enters the final few months of his contract.
Mount's current contract at Stamford Bridge will expire in June 2024, with talks temporarily abandoned after little progress in the preceding months.
The 24-year-old is reportedly looking for a significant pay rise but is unwilling to sign the kind of long-term deals that have been introduced at Chelsea under owner Todd Boehly - January signings Enzo Fernandez and Mykhaylo Mudryk penned eight-and-a-half-year deals.
And with no obvious progress in sight over a new deal for the Blues star, a number of top-flight clubs are exploring the possibility of signing the midfielder this summer.
