Eintracht Frankfurt are set to seal the transfer of Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek in the January transfer window.
United will focus on selling players in the first month of the year, with an agreement in principle already in place for Van de Beek's proposed exit.
Frankfurt will sign the Dutch midfielder on an initial loan and will have the option to make the deal permanent for £12.5 million if they wish to do so at the end of the season.
The Manchester Evening News revealed at the start of the month that United are open to receiving offers for five players, including Van de Beek, when the market reopens.
