Bruno Fernandes has been named as the Manchester United player with the highest current transfer value, according to a new statistical model Research from the CIES Football Observatory pulled together information from over 1,000 clubs within 74 leagues across the world to estimate a transfer value for each individual player.
The model values Fernandes at around £70million (€80million), making him the most valuable at Old Trafford following a brilliant season for the Reds.
The Portuguese international has been an ever-present under Erik ten Hag, with 11 goals and 12 assists in 54 appearances across all competitions. The forward will enter the final 12 months of his deal this summer, therefore lowering his value as it stands, while Fernandes is tied down until 2026.
