Alejandro Garnacho was the jewel in the crown when Manchester United won the FA Youth Cup at Old Trafford in front of 67,000 a little under three years ago.
Garnacho starred in the final, scoring twice and getting an unbelievable reception from the crowd as the team of starlets secured United’s eleventh title in the prestigious competition.
The Argentina international arrived from Atletico Madrid’s academy for a six-figure sum in 2020, and made his United debut in a 1-1 draw against Chelsea, playing the closing minutes at Old Trafford under Ralf Rangnick.
Two-and- a half seasons later, and Garnacho has more than 100 first team appearances under his belt but he's recently come under fire from portions of the fanbase amid the club’s struggle to hit a consistent run of form.
