Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Marcus Rashford believes there is a "buzz" around Carrington after new boss Erik ten Hag made an impression in his first week of training as Manchester United manager.
The United players not involved in the June internationals returned to pre-season training at the start of the week and they've had the first opportunity to experience Ten Hag's methods at Carrington.
Rashford is already excited to work with the 52-year-old having seen first-hand his attention to detail on the training pitches.
Despite it being a smaller squad to work with this week, Ten Hag has got his ideas across and Rashford can already see it having an impact. "We have got that feeling of excitement and that buzz around the training ground again and so it is definitely positive going into pre-season," he told MUTV.
