With less than three weeks to go until the summer transfer window slams shut, more outgoings than incomings are expected at Manchester United.
After achieving a respectable third-placed finish last season, United have added fresh dollops of talent to their squad this summer, so far bringing in three new faces, signing Andre Onana, Mason Mount and Rasmus Hojlund.
Each member of the aforementioned trio are expected to become key fixtures in Erik ten Hag's first-choice XI. Onana will enable United to play the ball out from the back more confidently, Mount will add an extra injection of energy to midfield and Hojlund, once up and running, will aim to provide the goals that were lacking from a No.9 last season.
Each signing, though they have all cost a pretty penny, were leading targets for Ten Hag and he will be pleased to have got them through the door long before the bell is sounded.
