Kiosk on Lapwing has taken over a former storage cupboard on Lapwing Lane, sandwiched in a metre-wide unit next to the post office.
Although tiny, at four square metres, the bar has big ambitions and has already proven a hit with locals. It's been founded by Jemma O'Brien, who has spent more than a decade working in Manchester's hospitality industry and lives in the flat above the bar.
