Manchester City star Jack Grealish has been fined by a court after he admitted speeding in his £100,000 Range Rover. The Birmingham-born midfielder was clocked by a mobile camera driving the car at 44mph in a 30mph zone in Wythall in Worcestershire last July, the Mirror reports.
The England footballer did not appear at Worcester Magistrates' Court this morning (May 8), but his barrister entered a guilty plea on his behalf.
Barrister John Dye also said he had been 'instructed to apologise' by Grealish. He had also been facing a charge of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver, but prosecutors asked for the charge to be dropped after his guilty plea to the speeding offence.
