A man who is understood to have been stabbed to death in a London park has been named by police.Ion Rado, whose body was discovered on Thursday, June 1, is believed to have been homeless prior to his death.
My London reports that the 46-year-old was found by a member of the public with a serious wound to his abdomen.In the wake of his death, police have launched an appeal to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Despite inquiries, there are yet to be any arrests.Detective Chief Inspector Sal Minhas, the officer leading the investigation, has asked anyone who saw Ion in the two days before his death to be in touch.DCI Minhas said: "We think that Ion may have been homeless, and potentially vulnerable.
