Manchester United have been urged not to give up on their pursuit of Jadon Sancho, as he 'ticks all the boxes' for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.
Sancho was identified as United's top target this summer, but Borussia Dortmund are holding firm on their £108million valuation and the Red Devils have so far refused to meet it.
With no sign of a compromise being reached, United appear to be focusing on other targets. They are in pole position to sign midfielder Donny van de Beek from Ajax, as well as retaining an interest in Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish.
But former Old Trafford favourite Darren Fletcher says Solskjaer should stick to his guns and demand that United's board deliver Sancho - believing the 20-year-old will solve a problem
