Manchester United are reportedly 'serious' about their interest in Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. The Lazio midfielder was tipped as a replacement for Paul Pogba last summer as the Frenchman was linked with a move to Real Madrid.
But when Pogba's exit failed to materialise, a move for the Serbian also collapsed. Pogba is still being linked with an Old Trafford departure, with Juventus keen on handing him a return to Italy and agent Mino Raiola declaring his desire to take a marquee player to Real Madrid.
And it appears United may be making contingency plans with an expectation of Pogba finally leaving, with Italian newspaper Il Messaggero claiming they are now targeting Milinkovic-Savic again and "ready to take it seriously".
