Euro 2020 has succeeded in taking some of the focus off Jadon Sancho amid rumours of Manchester United ’s interest in the player, but his signing remains a top priority for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The Red Devils boss has reportedly gone so far as to tell the club’s hierarchy to ‘drop interest’ in all Sancho alternatives and focus their efforts on completing a deal for the England winger.
United are understood to have hit a breakthrough by agreeing personal terms with Sancho, though the Premier League powerhouse is yet to meet Borussia Dortmund ’s demands.
