Manchester United are reportedly confident of securing a deal for Atalanta winger Amad Traore before transfer deadline day.Signing Traore does not mean the Red Devils have given up hope on Jadon Sancho though, as he is not seen as an alternative option.United have approached Serie A side Atalanta over teenager Traore in the hopes of rushing through a deal, according to the MEN.It’s thought that they have acted now as there is new criteria being drafted up which will change how Premier League clubs can sign 18 to 21-year-old foreign talent post-Brexit.The UK’s European Union membership means clubs can sign a scholar or professional with an EU passport over the age of 16.But those rules are set to change on January 31 when the transition.
