Former England and Manchester United star Andrew Cole has revealed his continued torment at avoiding the coronavirus. Cole is one of over a million people more vulnerable to the pandemic after undergoing a life-saving kidney transplant in 2017.
The 48-year-old insists each day is a challenge as he continues to self-isolate alone in the hope of not contracting the killer disease.
Cole said: "It's a difficult period but it's just a case of getting your head down and doing what you can. You don't know how you're going to feel, and there are good days and bad days.
