Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.
A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.
He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.
Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has broken his silence after being snubbed from England's preliminary European Championships squad.
The 26-year-old has endured a difficult campaign for United this season and has fallen out of favour with Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate.
Rashford's problematic season saw him register just seven goals and two assists in 33 Premier League appearances as they were dumped out of the Champions League and finished outside of the European places.
Southgate opted to call-up the likes of Jarrod Bowen, Eberechi Eze and Bukayo Saka in his attacking ranks after naming a 33-man squad, which will be whittled down to 26 ahead of the tournament in Germany next month.
