Manchester United were shown what they’re missing as Randal Kolo Muani continued his scintillating start to his Juventus loan spell.
As reported by the Manchester Evening News, the Paris Saint-Germain striker was on United’s radar during the January transfer window as they attempted to solve their chronic goalscoring issues.
Subsequent reports claimed United wanted to sign the 26-year-old on loan with a view to a permanent transfer in the summer. However, a deal failed to materialise for Kolo Muani, who was also wanted by Tottenham but instead joined Juve for the rest of the season.
The France international has made a flying start to life in Serie A with five goals in his first three games, an impressive feat considering his last appearance for PSG, who paid Eintracht Frankfurt £76million for his services, was back on December 6.
