Man United's transfer chief driving January business after key Patrick Dorgu meeting

Manchester United have less than two weeks to add reinforcements to Ruben Amorim's squad for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.

United have been quiet in the January transfer window so far but there is scope for movement. The Manchester Evening News confirmed earlier this week that talks between United and Serie A side Lecce were ongoing over a potential move for Patrick Dorgu.

Wolves' Matheus Cunha is also said to be on their radar. Sir Jim Ratcliffe's running of things on the football side of things has left United lurking in the bottom half of the Premier League table.

However, after bringing in Omar Berrada, Jason Wilcox and Dan Ashworth, who has now left the club, there is a plan in recruitment.
