Man United learn Michael Olise transfer 'decision' as Chelsea stance made clear

Chelsea were looking to agree a deal last summer before he opted to stay at the south London club and sign a new contract that contained a release clause.
The Blues were interested again this summer but reportedly withdrew because of the finances involved in a potential deal.
