Scots footballing legend Denis Law has hailed "fantastic" plans to honour him with a massive mural in his hometown. Under the scheme a high rise in the Printfield area of Aberdeen, where the Manchester United and Scotland great grew up, will be painted with his iconic European Cup winning pose.The mural will be part of a walking trail around the area taking in 10 points of interest around Law.These include the goals painted on a wall where the young Lawman first kicked a ball around to the tenement he grew up in.More murals and art work would show the way.City councillors have backed the plan which has been put forward by the Denis Law legacy trust.The 80-year-old left the Granite City aged just 16 to start his career with Huddersfield
