Pink Floyd fans were flabbergasted when a beloved band member walked into a British pub – and took to the microphone. Punters in The Neptune Inn in Brighton probably did a double-take when they saw rock legend David Gilmour making himself at home in the modest boozer.

David Gilmour revealed the performance was part of a warm-up tour ahead of his UK tour – and took to X to share a clip from the spontaneous performance.
