Police have issued a CCTV picture of a man they want to speak to after thousands of pounds were stolen in a spate of burglaries.
The suspect targeted businesses on Barlow Moor Road, Beech Road and Wilbraham Road in Chorlton, police said. One premises has been targeted twice between December 15 and January 19.
In each of the burglaries, a man has approached the premises and damaged the front of the shops. READ MORE: Convicted gun bandit caught red-handed in stolen Audi with 'burglary kit' He has then gone inside, removed the till and stolen quantities of cash ranging from £300 to £3,000.
The damage to the shop fronts has cost between £250 and £10,000 to repair, GMP said. Police now want to speak to a man who has been captured on CCTV.
