An iconic 1990s singer surprised pub-goers with a karaoke rendition of his own chart-topping hit. The renowned musician was enjoying an evening out with mates in Glasgow's city centre when he took to the stage for an impromptu version of his famous 1999 song.

Regulars at the Horse Shoe Bar were thrilled by the performance, joining in as he sang, making it a night to remember for those present.

The unexpected gig was later shared on social media, where the star posted the clip with the caption: "When in the Horseshoe Bar after 9pm...

and they put your song on..." Fran Healy of Travis wowed the small crowd with 'Why Does It Always Rain on Me?' from their celebrated album 'The Man Who'.
