A man has been seriously injured after being hit by a car following a street fight in the early hours. The 25-year-old was run over in Bolton Street, Ramsbottom at about 1.25am on Saturday.
Police say moments earlier he had been 'involved in an altercation in the street with three other males resulting in a passing car, a blue Ford Fiesta, colliding with the victim causing serious injuries'.
Three men, two aged 25 and a 28-year-old, were arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault.
