Philip Raeburn, 39, entered the holiday shop and reception to check-in for his stay at a popular holiday park, in southwest Wales, on Friday.
Mr Raeburn was not wearing a mask as he said he had a hidden disability and was not carrying proof of exemption or a sunflower lanyard when the manager of the Three Cliffs Holiday Park in Gower refused to serve him.
