A group of lads that booked a cheap flight so they could meet up for a drink, have been branded "legends" but it's not what it seems.

Paul Strain, from Belfast, couldn't bear to be apart from his friends any longer amid the coronavirus lockdown, so he decided to come up with a sneaky plan.

Paul booked a cheap flight at Belfast International Airport so that he could meet up with the boys for a drink, reports Belfast Live.

He wrote: "When the pubs are closed and the only place serving is the airport so you & your mates book a £9.99 flight (that you're not getting on) so you can all go on the sesh!...  #wheretheresawilltheresaway."
