To keep up with Trafford news sign up to the MyTrafford newsletter here Police have issued an appeal after a man was punched in the face and head in a 'completely unnecessary' attack at a bar in Altrincham.

The incident happened at One Central Bar on One Central Way at around 9.20pm on Saturday, May 15. The victim, aged 49, was approached by a man who sat down on his table.
