A man allegedly killed his sister’s ‘nuisance’ ex in a sustained knife attack after ‘taking the law into his own hands’, a trial has heard.
Liam Fosbrook, of Wythenshawe, is accused of the unlawful killing of 35-year-old Dylan Towers and is on trial at Minshull Street Crown Court.
Jurors heard that Dylan had been ‘repeatedly causing trouble’ with Mr Fosbrook’s sister, who he had previously been in a relationship with, by going to her house despite a court order.
