James Potts, 50, was at home in Bury when a search warrant was executed and officers found 14 snap bags of cannabis and £75 cash inside a tin.
Estimated to be a gram of cannabis per bag, which are generally sold for £10 a bag, the total value of the drugs was £140, Minshull Street Crown Court heard.
His immediate response to the drugs being found was to tell officers: “I have a bit of weed that I deal.” Officers also found a stun gun disguised as a torch down the side of his bed which was said to be ‘functional’.
