Man finds infuriating note and gift left by driver who crashed into his parked car

Crashing into a parked car while the owner isn't around is a true litmus test of a person's morality. Some choose to flee the scene as quickly as possible in a bid to escape the financial implications, while others leave a note with their contact details and take full responsibility.

But one man who returned to his car to find a huge dent smashed into the side shared the note and gifts he found left on the bonnet - and people are furious.

TikTok user @Professor_taz posted a video titled 'Someone hit my car this morning' and it's since been viewed more than 7.2 million times.

A note tucked under one of the windscreen wipers by the guilty driver reads: "I'm sorry for hitting you car. It was an accident.
