Kevin De Bruyne has been suffering with a groin injury while playing for Manchester City recently, his Belgium manager has confirmed.
De Bruyne looks set to miss City's FA Cup quarter-final against Newcastle at the weekend, with Belgium leaving him out of their upcoming squad for the March international break.
The playmaker has spent most of the season out with a problematic hamstring injury, returning in January and looking to make up for lost time with a string of impressive performances.
He recently suffered a setback, but not a repeat of the hamstring that kept him out for so long, but has started three of the last four games.
