Manchester City's Premier League fixtures with Brighton and Hove Albion and Leeds United have been rescheduled, with kick-off times and TV coverage now confirmed.

Pep Guardiola's side will now face the Seagulls at the Amex Stadium on Wednesday 24 May, with kick-off scheduled for 8pm. The game was rescheduled after both clubs reached the semi-finals of the FA Cup.

It will be shown live on Sky Sports in the UK. The Blues' home clash against Leeds has been moved back to Saturday 6 May - kicking off at 3pm - after City reached the semi-finals of the Champions League.

Guardiola's men travel to Spain to face Real Madrid in the first leg of the tie on Tuesday 9 May.
