Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva would undoubtedly enhance Barcelona’s assets, but a move is unlikely to materialise, according to a former Blues player.
Silva has been linked with a switch to the Nou Camp for a number of months, despite the Spanish side’s financial problems. Their cash woes have not stopped them from acquiring new signings this summer.

He outlined how the playmaker would almost certainly be a hit at Barcelona but the club’s cash problems provide a major hurdle.
