Phil Foden has revealed that a lack of concentration in a crucial moment is what led to Manchester City's defeat in the Manchester derby.

City have lost to local rivals Manchester United for the third time this season after falling to a 2-0 loss at Old Trafford through goals from Anthony Martial and Scott McTominay.

The opening goal came as a result of a clever free-kick from Bruno Fernandes, as his scooped pass caught the City back-line unaware which gave Martial the space to fire a volley under Ederson.

Despite their dominance of the ball, the Blues were unable to find a way back into the game and the result was sealed when McTominay latched on to Ederson's wayward throw to fire in from 40 yards in the final moments, but Foden believes
