Manchester City and all clubs interested in Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimaraes have been given a one-month warning before his release clause expires.
Guimaraes reportedly has a £100million release clause and it seems clubs would have to make a bid of that amount before the end of June to land the talented midfielder.
City have been heavily linked with the Brazilian, with many suggesting Newcastle could be forced to sell to generate funds and comply with strict Financial Fair Play restrictions.
If they get a £100million offer for Guimaraes, however, the Magpies will have no choice but to sell.
