Rico Lewis is set to sign a new and improved contract following his breakthrough season with Man City. The 18-year-old will be rewarded with a new deal as a reflection of his meteoric rise over the last year.
Lewis made 23 appearances across all competitions and shone in particular for his versatility as both a full-back and a defensive midfielder.
The Manchester Evening News understands he will shortly sign a new deal that will reflect his new status in the squad and reward him for his hard work so far.
