A man has been charged after allegedly threatening Nigel Farage during an incident where objects were hurled at the Reform UK leader.
Nigel Farage was on a party battle bus in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, when a cup was thrown, narrowly missing him on Tuesday morning.
A man dressed in a red hoodie was spotted yelling from a construction area below before he lobbed another object from a bucket, which also failed to hit its target.
South Yorkshire Police confirmed on Wednesday that 28-year-old Josh Greally has been charged with using threatening, abusive, insulting words and behaviour with intent to cause fear or provoke unlawful violence.
