Man charged with murdering three-month-old baby boy found with 'catastrophic' head injury

A man has been charged with the murder of a baby who died three years ago. The little boy was just three-months-old when he was found by paramedics in a house in Coventry in June 2018.

Yesterday a man appeared in court charged with murdering the baby, Birmingham Mail reported. James Scott was charged with murder following a "complex and extensive" three year enquiry, West Midlands Police said.

The little boy - who police are not naming - was found when paramedics went to the Stoke area of Coventry on June 29, 2018. They found the baby was in cardiac arrest and had suffered a catastrophic head injury.
