A man has appeared in court charged with attempted murder after three people were hit by a car outside a nightclub in Moray.
Christopher Parry, 56, was arrested after police were called to the incident on Cluny Square in Buckie at around 2am on Saturday, September 21.
The area in the town was cordoned off with a small grey forensic tent erected outside the Purple Nightclub.Two men were rushed to hospital following the incident and their conditions remain unknown.
Parry, from Aberdeen, appeared at Elgin Sheriff Court on Monday where he faced three separate charges of assault to injury and attempted murder.
