A man involved in maintaining a cannabis farm inside a house attempted to evade cops by hiding on the ROOF, a court has heard.
Etmond Lika, 32, of no fixed abode, climbed onto the roof of the large terraced house through a skylight after police searched the property.
They found that over the six rooms inside was a cannabis growing installation, of at least 200 plants, described as “plainly a sophisticated operation”.
Police also found evidence that someone had been living there, such as food, and said there was “no doubt that was this defendant”.
