A man has been arrested after a woman was left injured in a three-car crash in Salford. The smash happened on Tootal Drive just before 8.20am this morning (Tuesday), police said.
Firefighters and police officers were pictured at the scene as the street was closed off where it turns into Tootal Road. A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said a man was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving.

Police said the road - which was shut near Laurel Grove - is now clear. In a statement, a GMP spokesperson said: "We were called to a collision involving three vehicles shortly before 8.20am this morning (20 September) on Tootal Drive, Salford.
