A man has been arrested after police discovered a loaded gun inside a house in Stockport. Officers raided the property as part of an investigation into children being exploited by organised crime groups.
The firearm was loaded with six bullets and was found in the bedroom of the house, which is in the Kingsway area of the borough. He has been taken to custody where he remains for questioning. He is the fourth person to be arrested by officers since the child exploitation investigation began five weeks ago.
