A man was arrested after refusing to get out of a police van - despite being told by cops he was free to go. Officers were called to a 'disturbance' in Carrington at around 12.15pm Wednesday (December 22).

When they went to release the man, he refused to leave. Police were left with no choice but to take the man into custody, arresting him on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly.
