A murder accused 'killed' a mum and her daughter and concealed their bodies 'in concrete' underneath a kitchen floor, a court heard.
Andrew Innes, 52, accepted he caused the deaths of 25-year-old Bennylyn Burke and two-year-old Jellica at a house at the city’s Troon Avenue, Dundee in 2021.
On Tuesday, jurors at the High Court in Edinburgh heard junior prosecution counsel Frankie Morgan read from a statement of evidence which has been agreed between prosecutors and Innes’s legal team as being uncontroversial.
